It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary equipment, software, internet connectivity, and technical capability to access the course materials. Minimum system requirements are available on our Website prior to purchase. Failure to meet these requirements does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Dispute Resolution and Grievance Redressal

Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, which cannot be resolved amicably, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

This Policy, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and RGTA regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

This Policy has been prepared in the English language. In the event of any translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistency or discrepancy.

8. You consent to the jurisdiction of courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and agree to arbitration as provided herein.

9. You have reviewed the pre-purchase information, including course details, pricing, and terms;

10. Your acceptance is voluntary, free from coercion, and made with full knowledge of the consequences.
